Charlotte catering company Something Classic won the contract to feed 15,000 hungry journalists at the Sept. 1 media welcome party at the N.C. Music Factory. The catering contract was one of five announced by the Charlotte in 2012 Host Committee on a sweltering Thursday morning at the N.C. Music Factory. All of the companies picked to work on the media party are based in North Carolina. -MORE- Charlotte Business Journal
