| The first thing you should know is that there is A LOT of walking involved. As in, they gave me a pedometer with my media credentials and it logged 9,732 steps, and that didn't include the time spent walking from the garage to get the parking pass and back to credentialing. Luckily, I wore sneakers so while I'm tired, my feet are in good shape. There will be a lot of walking between the arena and the convention center tomorrow! Next, it seems the smartest logistics move I made was to spend a bunch of money housing my car next door to the convention center. I missed seeing a lot of people today who were held up waiting for buses. I spent the afternoon meeting people and learning why they were there, and what their issues were. I will be putting the posts together this evening, and Oreo will be adding the photos. They'll be up later tonight. For right now, it's a shower and a little rest! |
