Obama campaign officials say they have contingency plans to move Obama's Thursday acceptance speech from the Bank of America Stadium inside the Time Warner Cable Arena in the event of rain. 'We always knew that this could be part of the plan,' deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said on MSNBC Monday. "We'll make a call sometime in the near future about whether to move it indoors.'
